At our site, we provide shipping options that are safe, fast, affordable, and eco-conscious. Most commodity are shipped the same day they are ordered! Your specific options are dependent on the destination of your order.

Shipping Issues : Lost or Missing Packages
If your order shows delivered, but you have not received your package, we ask that you contact us send to email to help locate your package. We will open an investigation for 5 business days from the delivery date. If the package are not found after 5 business days, we will refund or replace the item.
Shipping Issues : Delivery Address Corrections
If you notice that your order has been placed with an incorrect delivery address, contact customer service as soon as possible to see if the order can be corrected prior to shipping. This is often not possible due to how quickly our warehouse processes orders for shipment. In the event, the order is shipped with the incorrect address, we can only try to correct the address.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service by email within 15 days from the order date. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to complete your return.
Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our global partner Credit card in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Paying with your credit card on our store is fast, secure and reliable. Our fraud prevention policies are very strict and successful. Plus, most of our credit card orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
We only accept Visa and Mastercard. Paying is safe. As soon as your order is submitted, our system will obtain authorization to charge your card. An authorization is NOT a charge, it is simply permission to charge your card once your order is processed. Plus, it's also a way to freeze/reserve the money to pay for your order. It may appear as if there is a charge on your account, but at this time, no money has been transferred to your account. Unlike some companies, we authorize for the full amount in order to ensure that:
1. The card number is valid
2. There are sufficient funds in your account to complete the purchase.
3. Your billing information is correct.
